SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

 

We currently deliver to the UK only from the website. For international orders please contact me directly for a shipping quote. 

 

Many of the pieces available are 'one of a kind' or limited editions so please bear this in mind when ordering. If you require more than one of a specific piece or an item that has already been sold, please contact me via email or the web chat, simply click the icon in the bottom right hand corner of the screen and I will endeavour to meet your request.

It is important to note that each piece is unique and variations do occur in texture and finish on metals and of the shape, texture and colour of the natural stones. Please be aware that the item photographs are not to scale, the dimensions of the gemstones and pieces of jewellery are given in the description of the piece. 

 

All items will be presented in a gift box made from recyclable materials.

 

All UK orders will be shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48 Services.

Your email address and mobile number will be shared with Royal Mail to ensure a swift and efficient delivery if you choose to use the delivery service.

​

Delivery time from the placement of order is usually 3-5 working days.

 

Commissions and bespoke pieces will usually take between one and six weeks for delivery depending upon the number of pieces, the design process involved, the sourcing of materials and creating time. I will advise delivery times and postage with you as per your individual requests and requirements.

 

Precious metal pieces that are above a certain weight are required by law to be hallmarked, according to the Hallmarking Act 1973. This will also be taken into consideration with regards to delivery times for custom pieces and commissions, where applicable.

Return, Cancellation & Exchange Policy

 

Jaykai Creative Designs offer a 7 day, money back satisfaction guarantee, on all products except:

  • Commissions 

  • Bespoke & custom made items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale items

 

(unless these items have been received damaged or faulty.)

 

Please contact me within 7 days of delivery and dispatch the item(s) back to me within 10 days of the date you received your purchase. The return address for your parcel will be stated on your invoice.

Please note that I cannot accept exchanges.

All items are checked before dispatch but if you receive a faulty/broken item due to transit, this includes earrings, email me with the details, return the goods in the original packaging and I will send out a replacement if available, or refund your payment. 

 

Customers are responsible for the return postage costs of an item. If the item is not returned in its original and unworn condition, and with adequate and secure packaging the customer will be responsible for any loss in value. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage from the shipping provider as I cannot refund the item if the return package is not received. In this instance it will be the customers responsibility to make a claim with the shipping provider.

Once I have received the parcel please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be received, or 5-7 working days for your replacement to be delivered.  

 

Please request cancellations by email to info@jaykaicd.com within 12 hours of purchasing the item.

Jaykai Creative Designs reserves the right to cancel any order without reason at any time and will refund payment if a payment has already been made.
